“Strong and Stunning” Miss Universe 2025 Contestants Step into the Ring at Tiger Muay Thai and
Soar through the Skies at Hanuman World Phuket
 

Phuket, Thailand — A trip to Thailand wouldn’t be complete without tasting authentic Thai cuisine or experiencing the art of Muay Thai, the nation’s most iconic martial art. As part of the host country’s cultural showcase, Miss Grand International Public Company Limited, the official host of Miss Universe 2025, led the contestants to Tiger Muay Thai, a world-renowned training and learning centre for mixed martial arts and traditional Muay Thai, located in the heart of Phuket.

 

Upon arrival, the contestants were warmly welcomed by the management team and guided through a tour of the expansive training camp. They were introduced to professional trainers and witnessed captivating demonstrations — from the Wai Khru ceremony and ancient Muay Thai forms to precision pad striking. The rhythmic sounds of gloves hitting pads and the power of each movement mesmerised the contestants, offering them an up-close look at Thailand’s most celebrated martial art.
 
The activity reached its highlight when the contestants were invited to put on gloves and learn the basics of Muay Thai from expert instructors. Once the gloves were on, their enthusiasm took over — the contestants eagerly practised punches, hooks, elbows, knees, and kicks with radiant energy and smiles, truly embodying the “Strong and Stunning” spirit of modern women.

 

In the afternoon, the contestants continued their adventure at Hanuman World Phuket, one of the island’s most thrilling eco-adventure parks. They embraced excitement and courage on 32 zipline stations and conquered the Skywalk — 40 meters above ground, taking in a panoramic view of Phuket’s lush landscape. The air was filled with laughter, joy, and a sense of accomplishment as the contestants shared unforgettable moments together.
 
The day concluded with a spectacular evening at Siam Niramit Phuket, where the delegates witnessed The Miracle of Thai Culture — a breathtaking stage performance that beautifully captured Thailand’s art, history, and tradition. The night perfectly reflected the essence of Amazing Thailand — vibrant, warm, and full of wonder.
